Job summary

Printerpix seeks an International Tender & Business Development Manager to drive global opportunities across the Middle East, Europe, and the Americas. You will own end-to-end bids, build strategic client relations, and lead negotiations to convert opportunities into contracts.

The role requires a proactive, go-getter mindset with the ability to travel internationally and coordinate cross-functional tender submissions across regions.

Qualifications

• Proven record of winning tenders and contracts.
• Experience in international bidding across multiple regions (Middle East, Europe, Americas).
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
• Excellent understanding of international tendering and procurement processes.

• Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and own opportunities including travel.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new tender, bid, and contract opportunities internationally.
• Manage opportunities from lead through EOI, RFI, RFQ, RFP, tender submission, negotiation, and contract award.
• Develop relationships with clients, procurement teams, government organisations, consultants, contractors, and decision-makers.
• Coordinate technical and commercial tender submissions.
• Analyse tender requirements, risks, pricing, and competitor positioning.
