Job summary

Sperton is seeking a Public Tenders & Bid Coordinator to identify and coordinate public-sector tender opportunities across Europe. You’ll manage the process from opportunity research to bid submission, collaborating with management, country teams and international stakeholders.

The role focuses on recruitment, staffing, executive search, interim management and HR services. You will leverage AI and digital tools to enhance research, analysis and future bids.

Qualifications

• Experience in tenders/bids, proposal writing, research, business writing or project coordination.
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong business writing skills.
• Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple deadlines and international stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Monitor European procurement portals and identify relevant tender opportunities.
• Review requirements, eligibility, deadlines and commercial potential, and support bid/no-bid decisions.
• Coordinate bid preparation, including proposals, documentation and pricing.
• Manage submissions, clarifications, deadlines and tender documentation.
• Track results and use AI and digital tools to improve research, analysis and future bids.
