Job summary

Creativechaos is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth for our IT staff augmentation and software development services. You will identify opportunities, build strategic client relationships, and expand our presence across North America and other international markets.

You will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract close, engage with CTOs and senior stakeholders, and collaborate with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure successful client

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in BD or Sales within IT services, software development, or staff augmentation.
• Proven success selling IT staff augmentation to international clients, especially North America.
• Experience with outbound prospecting and consultative selling.
• Engage with senior stakeholders including CTOs, engineering leaders, and procurement teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through outbound and inbound sales channels.
• Drive revenue growth by selling IT staff augmentation, dedicated teams, and software development services.
• Manage the complete sales lifecycle from prospecting to negotiations and deal closure.
• Build and maintain relationships with enterprise clients, startups, and technology companies.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets.
• Prepare tailored proposals and commercial agreements for prospective clients.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast using CRM platforms.
• Collaborate with recruitment, delivery, and technical teams to ensure successful engagements.
