Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple student cases.
• Proficiency with standard office software and online communication tools; familiarity with CRM or student management systems is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective students on suitable study destinations, programs, and institutions.
• Conduct one-to-one advising sessions and review student documents.
• Guide applicants through admission and visa processes and coordinate with partner institutions for offers and updates.
• Prepare and deliver information sessions or seminar materials.
• Respond to student and family inquiries via in-person meetings, phone, and email.
• Maintain accurate records in internal systems and support pre-departure orientations.
