Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English; ability to counsel students and parents clearly and empathetically.
• In-depth knowledge of international higher education systems and popular destinations (UK, USA, Canada, Australia, EU) and common application requirements.
• Experience with application platforms, document review, and statement of purpose/resume editing.
• Familiarity with student visa procedures, required documentation, and interview preparation techniques.
• CRM competency for tracking leads, consult notes, and application stages; good organizational and time-management skills.
• Sales orientation with the ability to convert inquiries into confirmed applicants while maintaining ethical advisory standards.
• Attention to detail for reviewing academic transcripts, financial evidence, and admission offers.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment and handle confidential student data with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one consultations to evaluate student academic background and aspirations.
• Recommend suitable courses and universities based on student profiles.
• Assist with document preparation and application submissions.
• Prepare students for visa interviews and conduct pre-departure orientations.
• Keep CRM records of consultations and application milestones.
• Liaise with university representatives to resolve queries.
• Participate in outreach events and webinars to identify prospective students.
