Responsibilities include counselling, handling enquiries, managing applications, coordinating with admissions and visa teams, maintaining CRM records, and meeting conversion targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in student counselling or education/visa consultancy.
• Previous experience working for a UK-based or Australia-based education, study abroad, or student visa company is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Target-oriented and well organized.

Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective students and understand their academic and career goals.
• Provide accurate guidance on courses, institutions, admissions, and visa processes.
• Manage student enquiries from initial consultation through application.
• Follow up with prospective students and maintain strong relationships.
• Coordinate with admissions and visa processing teams.
• Review student profiles and documentation.
• Maintain accurate records and update CRM systems.
• Meet counselling, conversion, and application targets.
• Handle student queries and provide timely solutions.
• Maintain a professional and customer‑focused approach.
