Qualifications

• Knowledge of international education admissions, application procedures and student counselling practices.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu.
• Ability to understand student goals and present suitable programs clearly and accurately.
• Competence in reviewing academic records, application forms and supporting documentation.
• Excellent follow-up, organization, record-keeping and time-management abilities.
• Professional stakeholder coordination skills when communicating with students, parents and institutions.
• Comfort using email, spreadsheets, document-management tools and customer or student databases.
• Ethical, detail-oriented and service-focused approach to counselling.

Responsibilities

• Assess students’ academic backgrounds, interests and career goals to recommend suitable international study options.
• Explain admission requirements, application timelines, program details and general visa documentation processes.
• Support students in preparing applications, personal statements, supporting documents and submission checklists.
• Maintain organized records of student enquiries, applications, follow-ups and outcomes.
• Coordinate with educational institutions and internal teams to obtain updates and resolve application-related issues.
• Conduct follow-ups with prospective students and provide timely updates throughout the counselling journey.
• Stay informed about changing admissions policies, institutional requirements and destination-specific education information.
