Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end procurement process from sourcing to contract management and vendor performance tracking.

• Manage relationships with existing vendors, ensuring contract terms are met and partnerships are strong.

• Utilize SAP and Oracle systems to maintain accurate procurement data, track orders, and generate reports.

Required Qualifications

• Fresh to 1 year of experience in a relevant role within supply chain management, procurement, or a related field.
• Familiarity with logistics and international trade principles.
• Good understanding of cost analysis and contract management.
• Skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Demonstrated ability in data analysis, problem-solving, and communication.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA Supply Chain
• Fluency in English.
• Additional certifications or education in Supply Chain Management are preferable.
