Job summary

Qualifications

• Fresh to 1 year of experience in supply chain or procurement.
• Familiarity with logistics and international trade.
• Strong cost analysis and contract management understanding.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
• Effective data analysis, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end procurement process from sourcing to contract management and vendor performance tracking.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand material/service requirements and identify global suppliers.
• Conduct cost analysis and market research to identify opportunities for savings and improvements.
• Manage relationships with existing vendors, ensuring contract terms are met and partnerships are strong.
• Facilitate international trade processes, including documentation, customs and logistics coordination.
• Utilize SAP and Oracle to maintain procurement data, track orders and generate reports.
• Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, risks and opportunities for management insights.
