Job summary

Adidas in Lahore, Pakistan seeks a senior role to implement social compliance policies across in-scope factories and designated units. You will lead audits, remediation tracking, and stakeholder engagement to strengthen workplace standards and address risks in the supply chain.

The position requires coordinating with sourcing teams, providing SEA training, and staying updated on Labour and Health & Safety legislation across designated countries.

Qualifications

• Experience in conducting social compliance/human rights due diligence assessments.
• Good understanding of regulatory positions in key sourcing locations.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple levels and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Execute SEA policies, projects and programs in designated country/s.
• Identify risks in the supply chain and provide mitigation recommendations.
• Conduct social compliance audits and track remediation plans.
• Supervise external monitor audits for consistency and quality.
• Advise remediation options and negotiate timeframes with suppliers.
• Manage third-party complaints and worker grievances.
• Prepare supplier compliance performance evaluations.
• Support monthly reporting and data integrity of SEA metrics.
• Contribute to strategic SEA initiatives in the designated country.
