The role involves executing SEA initiatives, coordinating with sourcing teams, and ensuring adherence to Workplace Standards across local and international facilities. Travel readiness is required.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in conducting in-depth social compliance/human rights due diligence assessments.
• Proven ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and teams.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Aufgaben

• Execute SEA policies, projects and programs in the designated country.
• Identify areas of risk to adidas in the supply chain and mitigate them.
• Conduct social compliance audits and track remediation plans.
• Advise remediation options to suppliers and negotiate timeframes.
• Prepare and contribute to monthly social compliance data and reporting.
