Job summary

adidas Group seeks an experienced Sourcing Leader to manage operations across designated factories and partner centers in alignment with global sourcing strategies. You will drive KPI performance, build strong partnerships with senior leadership, and ensure adherence to adidas standards.

The role demands extensive quality management experience, strategic oversight, and the ability to coach large teams while driving continuous improvement across the supply base.

Qualifications

• Have a wide experience of quality management concepts in manufacturing of consumer goods.
• Strong conceptual thinking.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, influencing, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Strong leadership skills and ability to lead multidimensional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall sourcing business, operations, and functions in designated groups of factories/operations centers, to execute the global sourcing strategies.
• Own KPI performance and drive KPI performance of the managed partners using SPIKE framework.
• Build and maintain relationships with partner senior leadership and functional leads to ensure quick resolution of issues.
• Represent operations internally and externally to foster strategic partnerships with customers.
• Drive continuous improvement and streamline processes across the sourcing organization.
