Job summary

Denim-E is seeking a proactive Social Compliance Executive to join its Compliance team at a denim manufacturing and export facility in Karachi. The role focuses on monitoring workplace conditions, identifying compliance gaps, and coordinating corrective actions.

You will support audits, maintain records, and train staff and supervisors on social compliance requirements. This position requires regular factory-floor visits and close coordination with HR and other departments.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in social or factory compliance.
• Solid understanding of social compliance requirements and audit processes.
• Proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular factory-floor visits to monitor workplace conditions and social compliance.
• Identify gaps and communicate observations for timely corrective action.
• Follow up on corrective actions and ensure issues are resolved and closed.
• Support audits, including preparation of required documents and evidence.

• Monitor practices against policies and customer requirements.

About the Role: Denim-E is looking for a proactive and responsible Social Compliance Executive to join its Compliance team at a denim manufacturing and export facility in Karachi.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular factory-floor visits to monitor workplace conditions and social compliance practices.
• Identify compliance gaps and communicate observations to relevant departments for timely corrective action.
• Follow up on corrective actions and ensure identified issues are properly resolved and closed.
• Support and coordinate social compliance, customer, and certification audits, including preparation of required documents and evidence.
• Maintain accurate compliance records, documentation, reports, and corrective action trackers.
• Conduct and coordinate training, awareness sessions, and compliance meetings for workers, supervisors, and management.
• Coordinate with HR and other departments to ensure effective implementation of company policies and applicable social compliance requirements.
• Monitor workplace practices against company policies, customer requirements, and applicable compliance standards.
• Prepare regular reports.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in social compliance, factory compliance, or a related field.
• Good understanding of social compliance requirements and audit processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with workers, supervisors, and management.
• Strong observation and problem-solving skills.
• Good documentation, reporting, and follow-up skills.
• Proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented approach.
• Willingness to conduct regular factory-floor visits and actively follow up on compliance issues.
