Job summary

FAIR Consulting Group in Karachi, Pakistan is seeking a Project Coordinator to ensure successful project execution with cross‑functional collaboration. You will organize timelines, budgets and resources, maintain documentation and facilitate clear communication among teams and clients.

You will also support project management tools, prepare weekly reports, and coordinate meetings while fostering a collaborative work environment. This role may involve acting as Scrum Master for larger PK projects.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator or Administration role in a consulting environment.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to monitor progress and milestones.
• Good time management and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with project management tools; SAP project experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating and scheduling projects, managing timelines, resources and deliverables.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, plans and logs, ensuring accuracy and up‑to‑date records.
• Act as a liaison between project teams, stakeholders, and clients for clear communication.
• Support use of project management tools, provide training and troubleshoot processes.
• Prepare and share internal and external reports (weekly timesheets and status reports).
• Support customer engagement activities, including coordinating meetings and materials.
• Chair and prepare weekly engagement status meetings for all engagements across FAIR.
• Maintain knowledge base for standard processes and templates across FAIR practices.
• Help manage resource allocation by tracking availability and assignments.
• On large projects with strong Pakistan team presence, act as Scrum Master to manage daily work.
