Job summary

Marcus Evans is seeking an IT Support Analyst for an in-person role based in Islamabad. You will provide 1st and 2nd line technical support for desktop, Microsoft 365, and voice systems, while collaborating with IT teams across EMEA, APAC and NA.

Qualifications

2+ years in a 1st/2nd line IT support role.
Experience supporting Windows 10/11 enterprise environments.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration.
Experience managing users and devices in AD and Azure AD.
Familiarity with networking basics (DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls, switches).

Responsibilities

Provide 1st and 2nd line support for desktop, Microsoft 365, and voice issues.
Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues in Windows 10/11 environments.
Support Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive with escalations as needed.
Maintain ticket documentation and meet SLA targets.
Collaborate with global IT teams for follow-the-sun support.
Provide on-site support at the Islamabad office.
