Contour Software Pvt Ltd, a global CSI subsidiary with offices in Lahore, seeks an IT Support Specialist to manage 1st/2nd line IT issues, user onboarding/offboarding, and license management across Microsoft 365. You will assist with Windows/macOS devices, network basics, and standard business apps while working closely with HR and other teams.

The role emphasizes customer service, clear communication, and the ability to handle multiple tickets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration and Azure AD/Entra ID.
• Strong knowledge of Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
• Experience supporting Windows 10/11 and basic networking concepts.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, Freshservice).
• Basic understanding of DNS, DHCP, VPN, and Active Directory (on-prem or hybrid).

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st/2nd line IT support via ticketing system, email, and in‑person.
• Handle user onboarding/offboarding, access management, and device setup.
• Manage Microsoft 365 licenses, MFA, and conditional access.
• Support end-user devices and standard business applications.
• Coordinate onboarding with HR and other stakeholders, document SOPs.
