Job summary

IDR is seeking a proactive HR Business Partner to align people strategy across EMEA, US, and Islamabad. You will partner with leaders to drive onboarding, performance, and employee experience.

This role covers talent acquisition, learning and development, and organizational effectiveness, with a focus on engagement and reliable HR operations. You'll work with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant, people-centered practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders across EMEA & US to address workforce needs with practical HR solutions.
• Lead strategic HR initiatives with project roadmaps and KPI tracking.
• Develop HR frameworks: KPIs, org charts, job descriptions, competency models.
• Prepare HR dashboards and management updates.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for EMEA & US roles.
• Enhance onboarding, probation, and new joiner processes.
• Support performance management and KPI reviews.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives in Islamabad and across regions.
• Maintain HR records and ensure compliance.
