We are looking for a strategic, client-focused, and highly analytical Senior Product Owner to lead product delivery, drive business value, and bridge the gap between clients, business stakeholders, and engineering teams. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced Agile environment and can independently own product decisions from discovery through successful delivery.

Position Overview

The Senior Product Owner will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for one or more client engagements, ensuring that product vision, business objectives, and customer needs are translated into actionable product backlogs and successful product releases. The ideal candidate combines strong product thinking, business analysis, Agile delivery expertise, stakeholder management, and technical understanding to deliver high quality digital products while maximizing business value.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Ownership

• Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for assigned products and client engagements.
• Translate business goals and customer requirements into scalable digital solutions.
• Prioritize features based on business value, customer impact, technical feasibility, and strategic objectives.
• Define MVPs, product releases, and long-term roadmap planning.
• Drive product decisions throughout the product lifecycle.

Backlog Management & Requirements Engineering

• Create, prioritize, and continuously refine the product backlog.
• Write high-quality user stories, epics, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements.
• Break down complex business requirements into development-ready tasks.
• Ensure backlog items are well-defined, estimated, and sprint-ready.
• Maintain complete product documentation, release notes, and requirement traceability.

Agile Product Delivery

• Lead Agile ceremonies including:
• Sprint Planning
• Backlog Grooming
• Daily Stand-ups
• Sprint Reviews
• Sprint Retrospectives
• Collaborate with Scrum Masters and Project Managers to ensure successful sprint execution.
• Monitor sprint progress and proactively remove delivery risks.
• Ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality and business alignment.

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary liaison between clients, business stakeholders, and internal delivery teams.
• Conduct discovery workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and product demonstrations.
• Present product strategies, roadmaps, and release plans to clients.
• Manage stakeholder expectations through transparent communication.
• Confidently challenge scope changes and prioritize requests that maximize business value.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner closely with UI/UX Designers, Business Analysts, Software Engineers, QA Engineers, and DevOps teams.
• Ensure design, development, and QA teams fully understand product requirements.
• Validate delivered features against business objectives and acceptance criteria.
• Support release planning and production readiness.

Product Analytics & Continuous Improvement

• Monitor product performance and user feedback.
• Analyze KPIs, customer insights, and product usage metrics.
• Recommend product enhancements based on business impact and user behavior.
• Support continuous product improvement through experimentation and iterative development.

Risk & Release Management

• Identify project risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges.
• Develop mitigation strategies and communicate risks proactively.
• Coordinate release planning and feature rollouts.
• Ensure successful product launches and post-release monitoring.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or similar role within a software development environment.
• Proven experience delivering SaaS, enterprise software, web, or mobile applications.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and product management methodologies.
• Experience managing client-facing software development projects.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and decision-making capabilities.
