EU Delegation to the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, Islamabad, is seeking a Project Manager for Private Sector Development and Investments. The role involves coordinating ongoing projects, supporting Global Gateway initiatives, and liaising with government, private sector, NGOs, and international partners.

The successful candidate will work under the Head of Rural Development and Economic Growth, contributing to policy dialogue, program formulation, and missions from Headquarters.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in economics/finance/public administration/international development or similar field.
• Minimum 6 years of professional experience, incl. 3 years in an international organisation or internationally funded projects.
• Minimum 3 years in finance or private sector development.
• Proven proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing).
• High IT literacy, especially Microsoft Office.

Mansioni

• Advise on and manage development projects and programs with third countries in growth, private sector development and investments.
• Support policy dialogue with public and private sector stakeholders, focusing on infrastructure investments.
• Contribute inputs to Global Gateway briefs and related initiatives.
• Maintain contacts with local operators, authorities, Diplomatic Missions and international donors.
• Prepare and assist missions from Headquarters; contribute to visibility of programmes.
