Qualifications

• PhD is required (HEC-recognized local or foreign).
• PhD in International Trade, global value chains/supply chains, Port Management, Transportation/Logistics Planning with relevant research experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the policy division in conducting and managing policy research with advanced data analysis.
• Engage with national and international stakeholders to enhance collaboration and impact.
• Organize and participate in seminars, webinars, conferences, and forums to present findings.
