Level 3 BOS is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to own our digital marketing across multiple channels. You will bring strong SEO, paid advertising, organic growth, and integrated campaign management expertise, combining strategic thinking, creativity, analytics, and leadership.

• Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager.
• Expertise in end-to-end SEO including keyword research and audits.
• Hands-on experience managing paid campaigns across major platforms.
• Track record of improving organic visibility, traffic and performance.
• Strong communication and content strategy capabilities.
• Experience leading, mentoring, or managing marketing teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
• Lead end-to-end SEO activities, including keyword research, on-page and technical optimization, link-building, audits, and performance improvement.
• Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitor strategies to identify opportunities and guide campaign planning.
• Manage paid campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and TikTok Ads.
• Optimize campaigns regularly to increase conversions, efficiency, ROI, and overall performance.
• Develop relationships with influencers, partners, and content creators to support brand growth.
• Monitor SEO, paid media, and campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
