Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce or related field.
• 2–3 years of customs clearance/logistics/freight forwarding experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of shipment documents and regulatory compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support timely customs clearance of inbound and outbound shipments with accurate documentation.
• Review shipment details to identify missing information or regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with customers and internal stakeholders to obtain necessary documents and approvals.
• Monitor clearance status and follow up to minimize delays and meet targets.
• Assist in coordinating duties and taxes with timely follow-up on payments.
• Liaise with Customs, Gateway Operations and other stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and update systems for visibility and compliance.
• Escalate complex issues to the Customs Clearance Supervisor for timely resolution.
• Ensure compliance with DHL policies and information security requirements.
