Job summary

MangoBaaz is seeking a Creative Producer/Director to lead strategic vision and execution of content across client social platforms. This hands-off leadership role defines the 'why' and 'what,' not the 'how,' coordinating bold, culturally savvy ideas with AI tools.

You will mentor creatives, lead in a fast-paced, US-hour environment, and shape a globally resonant brand voice while collaborating directly with the founder. This is a remote, full-time leadership opportunity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a content, agency, or marketing company.
• Strong background managing remote teams and creative workstreams.
• Strong organizational skills and follow-through.
• Comfortable being the face of the company with clients.
• Wants to commit full-time to one company and grow into a leadership role.
• Strong written and spoken English with a native US tone.

Responsibilities

• Own the creative vision: Develop and execute high-impact content that elevates client's digital presence.
• Brand voice guardian: Define and maintain a distinct, globally resonant tone (with an innate pulse on U.S. and international trends).
• Thought leadership: Drive provocative cultural commentary and agency storytelling that positions us as industry leaders.
• AI-powered production: Spearhead the use of generative video tools (Veo3, Kling, etc.) to streamline workflows and pioneer new formats.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with strategy, creative, and leadership teams to align content with business goals.
• Fast-paced leadership: Guide editors, clients, and creators in a deadline-driven environment, balancing innovation with scalability.
