Xorora, a creative and technology agency, seeks a Design Team Lead who owns the creative vision and leads a team delivering high-volume, high-quality work. This hands-on leader combines art direction, AI-native design, and studio management experience.

You will push output through AI image and video pipelines while upholding brand standards and guiding a team across mood, concept, and polished delivery for international clients.

About the role

Xorora is a creative and technology agency serving international clients across e-commerce, branding, and digital marketing. We are looking for a Design Team Lead who can own the creative vision and lead a team that ships high volume, high quality work. This is a hands on leadership role for someone who thinks like an art director, produces like a modern AI native designer, and manages like someone who has run a studio before.

If you can hold a brand's visual standard while pushing output through AI image and video pipelines, this role is for you.

What you will do

• Set and protect the art direction across client and in house projects, from mood and concept through to final polished delivery


• Lead, mentor, and quality check a team of graphic designers and motion creators, keeping standards consistent across every deliverable


• Build and refine AI first production workflows using tools like Google Nano Banana Pro for image generation and Kling AI for video, paired with Adobe Suite for professional refinement


• Translate client briefs into clear creative direction, then break work down and assign it across the team


• Review work with a critical eye, give sharp feedback, and raise the bar on composition, typography, colour, and storytelling


• Manage timelines, workloads, and priorities so the team delivers on schedule without dropping quality


• Stay ahead of new AI tools and techniques and bring the best ones into the team's workflow

What we are looking for

• 5 or more years in design, with at least 2 years leading or mentoring a team, ideally inside an agency or studio


• A strong portfolio that shows real art direction, not just execution


• Genuine hands on skill with AI image and video generation tools, backed by samples you can show


• Advanced Adobe Suite proficiency (Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects or Premiere a plus) for refinement and finishing


• A clear eye for brand consistency and premium visual quality


• Strong communication in English, since you will work with international clients


• The ability to give and receive feedback in a way that lifts the whole team

Nice to have

• Experience with Amazon or e-commerce creative (listing images, A plus content, product video)


• Motion design and short form video editing


• Experience building or documenting creative workflows and SOPs
