Qualifications

• 5+ years of design experience with 2+ years in team leadership or mentoring.
• Portfolio showing art direction beyond execution.
• Hands-on skill with AI image and video generation tools.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

• Set and protect art direction from concept to delivery.
• Lead and quality check a team of designers and motion creators.
• Build AI-first production workflows using specific tools and Adobe Suite.
• Translate briefs into clear creative direction and assign work.
• Provide sharp feedback to raise standards in typography, color, and storytelling.
• Manage timelines and workloads to maintain quality.
• Stay ahead of AI tools and integrate best practices.
