IDE Logistics, headquartered in Islamabad, seeks a Sales & Recovery Executive to cultivate customer relationships, promote international courier services, and maintain an active sales pipeline. You will identify new business, present quotations, and negotiate terms.

You will monitor balances, follow up on invoices, coordinate with operations for documents and tracking, escalate disputes when needed, and report regularly on sales performance and market opportunities to management.

Formación

• Experience in B2B sales and collections.
• Ability to identify prospects and maintain pipeline.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Proficient in recording sales, shipments and collections.

Responsabilidades

• Sell to business and individual clients, build relationships and follow up on leads.
• Promote courier and cargo services, prepare quotations, and negotiate terms.
• Follow up balances, collect payments and manage invoices.
• Coordinate with operations for documentation, tracking and delivery updates.
• Escalate disputes and report on sales performance and opportunities.
