Job summary

Fast Links Courier (FLC) invites a motivated Customer Sales Executive to generate new business by visiting potential clients in Lahore and presenting courier and COD services. You will build long-term relationships and drive sales, with a results-driven mindset and confidence in face-to-face engagements.

The role requires 1–2 years of field sales experience, familiarity with logistics or B2B sales, and strong communication and negotiation skills. Motorcycle ownership is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of field sales or business development experience.
• Experience in courier, logistics, e-commerce, or B2B sales preferred.
• Comfortable with face-to-face meetings and client visits.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented and confident.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Owning a motorcycle is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and visit potential business clients across Lahore.
• Present and pitch FLC's courier and COD services.
• Generate new business and onboard new clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Conduct regular follow-up visits with existing clients.
• Achieve monthly sales and client acquisition targets.
• Prepare daily visit reports and sales updates.
• Coordinate with operations and customer support for smooth service delivery.
• Resolve client concerns professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on competitors, market trends and customer requirements.
