Job summary

Motive, a remote-first company, seeks a Senior Manager, Commercial Account Management to lead a team that grows and retains existing commercial accounts. You will manage goals, pipeline, and coaching for Account Managers serving global customers.

This role oversees Pakistan-based Commercial Account Managers (Islamabad or Lahore) with periodic travel for planning and in-person collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of international sales experience.
• 2+ years of sales leadership or mentoring teams.
• Proven track record in B2B sales with medium to large deals.
• Strong negotiation and forecasting skills.
• Experience with software or product-led growth is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed commercial revenue goals through a team of Account Managers.
• Set and optimize pipeline targets and KPIs.
• Drive execution of Motive’s sales methodologies and CRM alignment.
• Coach Account Executives through regular reviews and strategy sessions.
• Provide leadership with forecasts and growth opportunity analyses.
• Support demos and negotiate complex Commercial deals as needed.
