Job summary

Standard Chartered Pakistan is seeking a Head of Global Implementation & Cash Service to lead end-to-end TB client onboarding, implementation, and ongoing service delivery. You will drive client experience, revenue realization, and digital transformation while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless client solutions.

Qualifications

10 years of banking/financial services experience with client implementation exposure.
PMP or similar project management certification is advantageous.
Proven track record delivering large, cross-border transactions.

Responsibilities

Lead Transaction Banking Implementation and Cash Client Service in Pakistan across onboarding, implementation and service delivery.
Drive client experience, revenue realization and operational excellence.
Collaborate with Product, Sales, Technology and Operations teams to deliver integrated solutions.
Strengthen governance, risk management and regulatory compliance in delivery.
Develop and mentor a high-performing team and manage senior client escalations.
Lead digital transformation initiatives including API and ERP integrations.
