Qualifications

• Must have at least 15+ years in financial services with senior leadership experience
• Strong cash management, trade services and custody knowledge
• Proven ability to lead country-level growth strategy and drive P&L

Responsibilities

• Define and execute Pakistan Services strategy aligned to global objectives
• Lead revenue growth, client engagement and wallet-share expansion
• Oversee end-to-end Services business in Pakistan across sales, product, operations and tech
• Drive digital transformation and fintech partnerships to stay ahead of the market
• Maintain strict risk, governance and regulatory compliance with SBP and global standards
• Represent Citi externally with regulators, clients and industry groups
