Job summary

Citibank (Switzerland) AG seeks a Services Head for Pakistan to lead the country franchise with full strategic and P&L ownership. You will drive client strategy, expand wallet-share across Financial Institutions, Public Sector, Corporate and Commercial segments, while guiding risk, governance and regulatory engagement.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in financial services with leadership experience.
• 10+ years in senior management or country/cluster leadership.
• Deep transaction banking expertise in cash management, trade services or custody.
• Proven track record delivering revenue, EBIT and P&L results.
• Strong regulatory, risk governance and external stakeholder engagement.
• Executive communication with regulators, clients and senior management.
• Fluency in English; university degree required.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute Pakistan Services strategy aligned to MEP and Citi global objectives.
• Lead revenue growth, client acquisition and wallet-share expansion.
• Oversee sales, product, operations and technology teams in Pakistan.
• Maintain risk, governance and regulatory compliance across Services Pakistan.
• Engage with regulators, SBP and industry bodies to advocate Citi interests.
• Build and develop a high-performing, diverse Pakistan Services team.
