Job summary

ASR BPO is hiring a Sales Agent to join onsite sales in Johar Town, Lahore, focusing on BPO and Odoo services for Middle East and US markets. You will make outbound B2B calls, generate leads, and promote services.

The role requires graduation, excellent English, and BPO sales experience; familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo and CRM is a plus. You will work toward monthly and quarterly targets in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Graduation in any discipline required.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• BPO industry experience is a MUST.
• Previous sales / cold-calling experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo & CRM.
• Confident, proactive and target-oriented personality.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound B2B calls to prospects in the Middle East & US.
• Promote BPO and Odoo services.
• Generate and qualify leads.
• Research prospects using LinkedIn Sales Navigator & Apollo.
• Manage leads and activities through CRM.
• Build strong relationships with potential clients.
• Work towards monthly and quarterly sales targets.
