Job summary

Nopex Services, a multidisciplinary engineering firm, seeks a Sales Development Representative to join the outbound sales team in Lahore on-site. You will prospect US-based clients, generate qualified leads, qualify opportunities, and schedule appointments for the Business Development team.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in SDR or outbound sales, experience with US clients, and strong English communication skills with a neutral accent.

Qualifications

1–3 years of SDR/BDR or outbound sales experience.
Experience with US-based clients preferred.
Excellent English communication and neutral accent.

Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to US-based clients using provided lead lists.
Prospect and identify potential clients within AEC, construction, and related industries.
Introduce Nopex Services and communicate the value of our design and cost estimation services.
Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for the Business Development team.
Follow up with prospects via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
Maintain accurate CRM records of conversations and opportunities.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs for calls, conversations, and booked appointments.
Collaborate with BD and Marketing to improve prospecting and outreach strategies.
