Job summary

MindLogic Private Limited in Lahore is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to connect with potential clients, build relationships, and generate new business opportunities for our growing team.

You will identify international prospects, conduct outbound outreach via LinkedIn, email, and Upwork, and manage the sales process from discovery calls to follow-ups, helping our partners expand in the US, UK, and Europe.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in B2B business development, lead generation, or outbound sales.
• Experience reaching out to international clients, preferably in US/UK/Europe.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn prospecting, cold email, and Upwork.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong communication, research, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and qualify potential clients in international markets.
• Conduct outbound outreach through LinkedIn, email, and Upwork.
• Identify business owners, founders, and key decision-makers.
• Initiate conversations and understand potential clients' business needs.
• Manage sales pipelines, follow-ups, and ongoing conversations.
• Arrange discovery calls and help move prospects through the sales process.
• Track outreach activities and report lead generation and sales performance.
