Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
• 1–3 years of experience in construction estimation.
• Proficiency with PlanSwift software.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. construction drawings and estimating practices.
• Excellent analytical abilities and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare precise quantity takeoffs for GC projects.
• Interpret construction drawings, specifications, and related documents.
• Calculate material quantities and develop detailed cost reports.
• Generate Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and estimation reports.
• Identify project scope requirements to ensure estimate accuracy.
• Collaborate with the estimation team to meet project timelines.
