Utopian Takeoffs (Pvt.) Ltd. in Rawalpindi is seeking a Civil Estimator Fresher to join the on-site civil team. This role focuses on hands-on estimation tasks, learning to take-offs, cost breakdowns, and bid preparation for US‑based projects.

Fresh graduates or interns with a Civil Engineering background are encouraged to apply. Training on PlanSwift and Bluebeam is provided to support growth on-site in Rawalpindi.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline (final-year students welcome).
• Zero to six months of experience, including internships.
• Basic familiarity with civil drawings and quantity calculations.
• Fundamental knowledge of MS Excel; experience with PlanSwift or Bluebeam advantageous.
• Willingness to work on-site in Rawalpindi and to learn.

• Perform quantity take-offs for civil items like concrete, reinforcement, masonry, earthwork and finishes.
• Examine civil and structural drawings and specifications to determine scope and quantities.
• Assist in preparing cost breakdowns using PlanSwift, Bluebeam and Microsoft Excel.
