Job summary

Tech Be Solution in Lahore offers a three-month, paid internship in US construction estimation for fresh civil, architecture or quantity surveying graduates. You will work with senior estimators and gain exposure to residential and commercial projects following US standards.

The internship runs Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm, in Lahore with a stipend of Rs15,000–Rs20,000 per month. This is an excellent entry point to develop estimation skills and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate with a BS in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• Basic ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Good command of Microsoft Excel and strong numerical aptitude.
• Effective written and spoken English communication skills.
• A proactive learner with attention to detail and a desire to grow professionally.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior estimators in performing quantity takeoffs and measuring materials from US construction drawings.
• Use estimation tools such as PlanSwift, Bluebeam and Microsoft Excel.
• Examine architectural, structural and MEP drawings to capture project specifications.
• Help compile bid packages, detailed cost estimates and project schedules.
• Keep estimation records and project files organized and up-to-date.
