Job summary

HR Ways is seeking a detail-oriented data verifier to review paperwork and reporting for gas station operations in Lahore. You will ensure data accuracy, perform data entry, and validate figures using established spreadsheet checks.

Responsibilities include verifying pricing, monitoring over/short discrepancies, organizing invoices, and supporting P&L/balance sheet tasks. Onsite full-time role with evening shift, 1+ years of relevant experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have English proficiency and strong attention to detail.
• Comfort working with numbers and spreadsheets.
• Ability to follow existing processes and controls.
• Organized, proactive, and reliable work style.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing daily, weekly, and monthly reports for gas station locations.
• Ensuring data entered by store managers is accurate and complete.
• Data entry and validation using Excel and Google Sheets.
• Using pre-existing formulas to identify pricing errors, over/short discrepancies, and other inconsistencies.
• Reviewing fuel pricing and verifying charges against invoices.
• Monitoring over/short gallons and investigating discrepancies.
• Reviewing expense reports, collecting invoices, and organizing them in Google Drive by station.
• Assisting with P&L statements and balance sheets as needed.
