Job summary

PakWheels is seeking a well‑mannered Store In‑Charge / Cashier to manage front desk operations and billing at our Car Oil Change Service Center in Lahore. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic accounting knowledge, and a customer-friendly attitude.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, issuing receipts, processing payments via cash, card, or digital methods, maintaining cash records, coordinating with the service team, and ensuring a clean, welcoming reception.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or related field preferred.
• 2–3 years of cashiering/front desk/customer service experience, ideally in auto or retail sectors.
• Proficient with MS Excel, billing software, and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers professionally and guide them regarding services and offers.
• Generate accurate bills and invoices using POS or billing software.
• Receive and process payments (cash, card, digital) and issue receipts.
• Maintain daily cash records and reconcile balances with Branch Manager.
• Handle calls, manage service appointments and general inquiries.
• Coordinate with service team for timely customer updates and smooth vehicle flow.
• Promote offers, service packages and car care products to customers.
• Ensure reception and waiting area are clean, organized and welcoming.
• Address customer complaints professionally and escalate when needed.
• Support basic admin tasks like service logs and customer records.
