Job summary

Accelerec Ltd. is seeking a highly experienced Project Manager – FTTH OSP to lead end-to-end deployment projects from survey through acceptance. This permanent role requires strong leadership and a track record in telecom infrastructure.

You will coordinate design, permits, fibre installation, testing and commissioning, manage internal and external teams, and ensure HSE/QA/QC compliance. A degree in telecom/electrical/civil and 7+ years of FTTH/OSP experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years' experience in project management within FTTH/OSP/telecoms.
• Experience in fibre optics deployment and network construction management.
• ROW/Permitting, subcontractor and vendor management.
• GIS, project scheduling, and progress reporting knowledge.
• Experience with fibre testing, splicing, commissioning and acceptance.

Job description

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Project Manager – FTTH OSP to join our team on a permanent basis. The role will lead end-to-end FTTH OSP deployment projects, from planning and survey through construction, fibre installation, testing, commissioning and acceptance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution and delivery of FTTH OSP projects within agreed scope, budget and timelines.
• Oversee OSP/ODN design, ROW/permit coordination and construction activities.
• Manage fibre deployment, civil works, splicing, testing and commissioning.
• Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, vendors and local authorities.
• Monitor project progress, resources, costs, risks and quality.
• Ensure compliance with technical specifications, HSE and QA/QC requirements.
• Coordinate GIS/as-built documentation, PAT and PAC requirements.
• Prepare project progress reports and maintain effective stakeholder communication.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years' experience in project management within FTTH / OSP / fibre optic telecommunications.
• Strong experience in Fibre Optics, OSP/ODN and Telecom Infrastructure deployment.
• Proven experience in FTTH network deployment and construction management.
• Experience with ROW/Permitting, subcontractor and vendor management.
• Knowledge of GIS, project scheduling and progress reporting.
• Experience with fibre testing, splicing, commissioning and acceptance processes.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Engineering degree in Telecom, Electrical/Electronics, Civil or related discipline.

Preferred Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant FTTH/OSP experience preferred.
• PMP / PRINCE2 or relevant project management certification.
• Experience managing large-scale or multi-city fibre deployment projects.
• Previous experience with major telecom operators is an advantage.
