We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Project Manager – FTTH OSP to join our team on a permanent basis. The role will lead end-to-end FTTH OSP deployment projects, from planning and survey through construction, fibre installation, testing, commissioning and acceptance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution and delivery of FTTH OSP projects within agreed scope, budget and timelines.
- Oversee OSP/ODN design, ROW/permit coordination and construction activities.
- Manage fibre deployment, civil works, splicing, testing and commissioning.
- Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, vendors and local authorities.
- Monitor project progress, resources, costs, risks and quality.
- Ensure compliance with technical specifications, HSE and QA/QC requirements.
- Coordinate GIS/as-built documentation, PAT and PAC requirements.
- Prepare project progress reports and maintain effective stakeholder communication.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years' experience in project management within FTTH / OSP / fibre optic telecommunications.
- Strong experience in Fibre Optics, OSP/ODN and Telecom Infrastructure deployment.
- Proven experience in FTTH network deployment and construction management.
- Experience with ROW/Permitting, subcontractor and vendor management.
- Knowledge of GIS, project scheduling and progress reporting.
- Experience with fibre testing, splicing, commissioning and acceptance processes.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
- Engineering degree in Telecom, Electrical/Electronics, Civil or related discipline.
Preferred Qualifications
- 10+ years of relevant FTTH/OSP experience preferred.
- PMP / PRINCE2 or relevant project management certification.
- Experience managing large-scale or multi-city fibre deployment projects.
- Previous experience with major telecom operators is an advantage.
