Job summary

PTCL Group is seeking a field operations professional to maintain KPIs such as MTTR and installation quality, while driving improvements in FF base and complaint reduction. The role emphasizes timely maintenance of copper/FF networks, adherence to SLAs, and preventing issues before they affect customers.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of network operations and electrical/telecommunications principles.
• Understanding of health & safety standards and practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain KPIs (MTTR, MTTP, CHI, Installation quality) and improve FF base.
• Address core issues to reduce complaints (registration, repeat and denial).
• Ensure timely maintenance projects for copper/FF network to improve operations.
• Ensure quality installations while adhering to SLAs and zero pendency.
• Identify and implement preventive maintenance for copper/FF network and map Network Infrastructure.
• Promote HSE compliance to reduce accidents/injuries among field workers and vendors.

Be responsible to maintain KPIs (MTTR, MTTP, CHI, Installation quality) achieve conversion target to increase FF Base, complaints reduction (registration, repeat and denial) by addressing core issues.
