Job summary

PTCL Group is seeking a field operations professional to maintain KPIs such as MTTR and installation quality, while driving improvements in FF base and complaint reduction. Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of network operations and electrical/telecommunications principles.
• Understanding of health & safety standards and practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain KPIs (MTTR, MTTP, CHI, Installation quality) and improve FF base.
• Address core issues to reduce complaints (registration, repeat and denial).
• Ensure timely maintenance projects for copper/FF network to improve operations.
• Ensure quality installations while adhering to SLAs and zero pendency.
• Identify and implement preventive maintenance for copper/FF network and map Network Infrastructure.
• Promote HSE compliance to reduce accidents/injuries among field workers and vendors.
