Qualifications

• Masters degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of proven experience in a freight forwarding or logistics company.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with freight pricing tools or systems.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, night-shift environment.

Job Title: Freight Pricing Associate(Night Shift)

Location: FB area, Karachi (On-site)

Employment Type: Full-time

Shift: Night Shift (6:00 PM 3:00 AM, Monday to Friday) and every last Saturday of each month

Experience: 1-2 years (Freight industry experience required)

Budget: under 150k (depends on your skills and qualification) NO other benefits

Key Focus :Rate negotiation, carrier relationship management, margin analysis, and competitive market pricing to drive business growth and profitability.
