Leading Edge is seeking a motivated Freight Pricing Associate for night shift in Karachi to join the growing logistics team. The role focuses on rate management, margin analysis, and client quotations in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 1-2 years in freight logistics, strong Excel skills, and is comfortable working night shifts. On-site position with competitive salary up to PKR 150k depending on skills.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of freight forwarding/logistics experience mandatory.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain competitive freight pricing based on carrier rates and market trends.
• Coordinate with carriers, agents, and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely quotations.
• Analyse shipment costs and identify pricing efficiencies.
• Maintain pricing databases and support client proposals.
• Communicate effectively with overseas partners and ensure high-quality service standards.
• Contribute to business development by identifying new sales opportunities and upselling/cross-selling services to existing clients.

Location: FB area,Karachi (On-site)

Employment Type: Full-time

Shift: Night Shift (6:00 PM 3:00 AM, Monday to Friday) and every last Saturday of each month

Experience: 1-2 years (Freight industry experience required)

Budget: under 150k (depends on your skills and qualification)
