Bitsol Technologies Pvt Ltd. is seeking a Talent Leader to own the full people function from hiring exceptional engineers to onboarding, growth, and retention.

This founding role will define talent evaluation, build hiring infrastructure, and shape Bitsol’s employer brand across Pakistan. With 4–8 years in talent acquisition or HR, you will partner with leadership to ensure high-quality, high-trust, and high-retention teams.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years in talent acquisition, HR, or people operations.
• Proven track record of hiring engineers and product professionals.
• Strong judgment on people and hiring decisions.
• Experience building structured hiring processes and evaluation rubrics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Familiarity with Pakistan labour context and compliance.
• Self-directed and capable of building a function without a large team or playbook.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end hiring across all roles: job descriptions, sourcing, screening, structured interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• Build and maintain structured hiring processes including interview scorecards and evaluation rubrics.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and align JD with expectations.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and campus pipelines.
• Shape Bitsol’s employer brand and regional perception in Pakistan’s tech market.
• Oversee onboarding experience to ensure smooth integration and early success.
• Manage HR operations: contracts, NDAs, compliance, leaves, and records.
• Cultivate a high-trust, high-retention culture aligned with Bitsol values.
