Edudex in Lahore is seeking a Founding Sales & Business Development Executive to own the full sales cycle for our study-abroad CRM platform.

The role offers a fixed starting salary of PKR 100,000 per month plus uncapped commission, with transparent progression through Sales Executive, Sales Lead, and beyond based on targets and performance.

You will identify consultancies, build relationships with owners, manage proposals, and drive revenue growth in Pakistan.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in education or study-abroad consultancy.
• B2B sales or business-development experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage a full sales cycle from lead to close.
• Confidence speaking with consultancy owners.

Aufgaben

• Identify and approach education consultancies.
• Build relationships with agency owners and decision-makers.
• Understand customer needs and present Edudex as a solution.
• Manage meetings, proposals, negotiations and follow-ups.
• Close monthly and annual subscriptions.
• Coordinate customer onboarding.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline.
• Develop a repeatable sales process.
• Help build and train the future sales team.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, not just lead-gen or demos.
