Qualifications

• You have shipped internal tools that are used daily.
• You work with AI-native tooling (Claude Code or Cursor).
• You've run outbound or growth experiments and can show impact.
• You have strong opinions on effective outreach and what works now.
• You have a high ownership mentality with low ego.

Responsibilities

• Build internal tools end to end for sales, marketing and even the C-Suite.
• Define outbound plays and signals, and create systems that scale a founder's handwritten approach.
• Turn Nectar’s data into outbound that stands out from competitors.
• Plan and run measurable growth experiments and track the pipeline impact.
