iae GLOBAL Pakistan, a professional international education advisory firm, seeks a Business Development Manager in Lahore to expand institutional partnerships and drive student recruitment growth while promoting advisory services.

This full-time, on-site role is based in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan and involves identifying new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with universities and local partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience in partnership development and client engagement.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to plan sales strategies and conduct market research.
• Familiarity with international education systems is a plus.
• Fresh graduates invited to apply; knowledge of Student Recruitment Industry is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Expand and manage institutional partnerships and recruitment initiatives.
• Promote iae GLOBAL Pakistan’s advisory services.
• Identify new business opportunities and attend events.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate agreements, and track performance.
• Coordinate with counseling and marketing teams for outreach plans.
• Provide market feedback to support strategic decisions.
