Job summary

Coca-Cola CCI in Pakistan seeks a production operator to support line efficiency and ensure compliance with quality, health, safety, and GMP standards. The role involves implementing procedures, coordinating operator training, and aiding maintenance activities.

You will focus on daily work distribution, adherence to ISO/GMP practices, and the correct use of SAP, TREX and pallet barcode systems to drive safe, cost-effective production.

Responsibilities

• Lead operator and qualified operator’s development and trainings on quality, H&S, operation procedures and instructions. Assess development areas and training needs.
• Set daily work distribution of operators to meet production planning demands.
• Ensure machine, process and quality assurance work instructions are followed for quality and efficient production.
• Manage product changes according to procedures.
• Perform daily, monthly and yearly maintenance of production lines; solve breakdowns and record them per procedures.
• Ensure cleaning and order of the working area in line with GMP and 6S rules.
• Participate in internal audits and GMP practices; ensure corrective and preventive actions for nonconformities.
• Maintain failure/stop records in SAP; report nonconformities and take corrective and preventive action.
• Ensure SAP, TREX, pallet barcode systems are used properly.
• Ensure preventive and predictive maintenance of line.

Job description

To realize production and maintenance activities with minimum cost and maximum efficiency in line withproduction plan and in accordance with quality, manufacturing and occupational safety standards.

Main Responsibilities
