Job summary

Haleon is seeking a production operator to support day-to-day manufacturing on the assigned line, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant operations. The role emphasizes accurate batch documentation, 5S cleanliness, and adherence to GMP and EHS standards.

Ideal candidates hold a DAE or Graduation and have 1–2 years of experience with manufacturing and packaging equipment. You will contribute to continuous improvement, line clearances, and on-time changeovers to meet production targets.

Qualifications

• Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) or Graduation required.
• Technical understanding of manufacturing and packaging equipment.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate assigned production line per SOPs and GMP/EHS standards.
• Perform autonomous maintenance and basic troubleshooting of equipment.
• Maintain accurate batch records and GMP-compliant documentation.
• Uphold 5S and hygiene standards in the work area.
• Identify quality and safety deviations and participate in CAPA and root-cause analysis.
